Riyadh – Mubasher: The rights issue and new shares subscription period for L'azurde Company for Jewelry’s capital increase is starting on 7 June, and until the 17th of the month.
L'azurde said, in a disclosure to Tadawul on Sunday, that eligible shareholders are those registered on 2 June 2021.
The company’s shareholders have recently approved raising the capital by SAR 145 million to SAR 575 million through a rights issue.
